Return Policy

Defective Item: If you receive an item that is defective, we must be notified within 7 days. We will handle the returning of the item, cover the shipping as well as get you a new item. After 7 days the item is subject to the terms of the warranty (if applicable).

General Return: If you wish to return an item that is unused and unopened, you must arrange for and pay for the shipping back to us. You must obtain an RMA # prior to shipping back the item(s). See below for instructions. In order to receive a credit back to your card, all non-defective returns must be in 100% resalable condition.

RMA policy: Email us at relax@springdancehottubs.com with "RMA #" in the subject, and we will respond within 48 business hours. If you wish to call, please call our main office at (215) 491-7446 M-F between the hours of 9am-5pm. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the RMA issue date. |
