"Dan, We would like to thank you for the service we received regarding the warranty on our Cantabria tub. This experience has reinforced our belief that the value received in the form of after sale service is far more important than using price alone in deciding where to purchase a hot tub. This has been the second tub purchased by us from Springdance, the first one being a Hotspring Grande and we continue to refer friends and family.

We would also like to compliment you and your company on the professional service and installation personnel both in the store and out in the field, Joe, Tom and Tim did a great job moving the tubs with minimal disruption to the deck or yard. Dan, it is obvious by your personal involvement in this situation that customer satisfaction is important to you and it shows throughout your company. Spring Dance has indeed exceeded our expectations.

A note of thanks for the great service!

"I just wanted to send a little note with a huge word of thanks for all who have helped and are helping me with my Grande Hot Tub!

Recently I had a chlorine issue..that was quickly identified, rectified, and Springdance stood by their product in helping me get the proper replacements.  The team has been fantastic and outwardly eager to have me contact them with questions..a rare commodity these days.
 
A special thanks to David in the Exton showroom.  He has been exceptionally helpful in water testing..treating..and above all giving me the confidence that I don't need a chemistry degree to maintain my tub...few and far between do people show this much concern for their customers AFTER the sale..thanks David.

From the moment I walked into the Exton showroom, Dave greeted us with a warm and  friendly atmosphere that made us feel  comfortable to ask questions and explore all the various models and features.  He allowed us to go at our own pace.  

Dave is always there when we need him!  They answer any question I may have, from water care, to maintenance to A/V support.... I use my hot tub everyday that I can, Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall, and I have Spring Dance to thank for that!"

"The few times I've needed a service visit, Cathy, on the Service Team, promptly handles and troubleshoots my concern. The technician's are superb! There is one particular Expert , George, he is an absolute Wizard. I learn so much from him at every visit. I sit outside while he works and I get to tap into his vast knowledge of not only his Products, but the Industry, as a whole. He is truly a Genius. I use my hot tub everyday that I can, Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall, and I have Spring Dance to thank for that!"
