"Dan, We would like to thank you for the service we received regarding the warranty on our Cantabria tub. This experience has reinforced our belief that the value received in the form of after sale service is far more important than using price alone in deciding where to purchase a hot tub. This has been the second tub purchased by us from Springdance, the first one being a Hotspring Grande and we continue to refer friends and family.

We would also like to compliment you and your company on the professional service and installation personnel both in the store and out in the field, Joe, Tom and Tim did a great job moving the tubs with minimal disruption to the deck or yard. Dan, it is obvious by your personal involvement in this situation that customer satisfaction is important to you and it shows throughout your company. "The few times I've needed a service visit, Cathy, on the Service Team, promptly handles and troubleshoots my concern. The technician's are superb! There is one particular Expert , George, he is an absolute Wizard. I learn so much from him at every visit. I sit outside while he works and I get to tap into his vast knowledge of not only his Products, but the Industry, as a whole. He is truly a Genius.
