1. How much will I get for my old spa?
The value of your old hot tub depends on a few factors like: The brand of the hot tub and the age & condition of the hot tub. If you purchased your original hot tub through us, we'll have a good idea of what your hot tub will be worth based on your equipment service history! If you didn't purchase it through Spring Dance Hot Tubs, that's okay! We might just need to take a look at the hot tub before we quote you a price. The best thing to do is Request a Quote on the value of your old hot tub!
2. Do you buy back old hot tubs, even if I don't get a new one?
This isn't something we usually do, but we have done it on occasion. However, we only buy back brands we sell or have sold in the past: Hot Spring, Caldera or Sundance. It's too hard for us to get service parts to make repairs on other brands.
3. What do you do with my old spa?
Depending on the condition of your old spa, we're often able to make repairs, clean it up and re-sell the hot tub as a pre-owned spa. If the hot tub is too difficult to repair, we recycle the parts we are able to and dispose of the rest.
